i was just watching worlds dumbest criminals and a guy walked up to a bank teller with a note saying he has a gun and to give him money.

and then later that day the same guy had changed his clothes and did the same thing to a different bank.

that guy is so effin stupid. he wrote the note on the back of his personal checks hahaha.

how stupid can a person be.

so i just got back from counseling and today i actually decided to make use of this place and try to get help. so i told my counselor about an issue that happened between me and my dad about a month ago where he was drunk and we got into a heated argument and i went in my room and ended up cutting myself [and the scars are still really visible] so now i have to go see my doctor to get a referral to either get a psychiatric or psychological evaluation to try to figure what else is wrong with me beside having just social anxiety. what do you guys think? has anyone else had to get evaluated? how did that go?
