It's out there and it's been bugging the shit out of me. Throughout my teenage years, I've never experienced a SCA event.

The Society for Creative Anachronism.

An event, filled with events, filled with events, it just goes on and on, but having friends who have been to these so called events. I'm starting to feel like the odd one out. Most of the time, I think they're insane. A friend of mine one day told me that she was attending a coronation so be crowned as a Rosanian Queen. At that time, I had no idea that this was involved with the SCA, so I was just assuming she was fucking out of her mind. Then more friends have come up to me, telling me they're going to war, practicing archery (which I did and had a blast), or getting married to a slob of a king... WHEN SHE IS FUCKING 14!!!!!

Honestly, I have mixed feelings for this organization, but after I researched for a little bit. It seemed to become quite interesting. I am very interested in the medieval time and the rennaissance and since art is a talent that I've come to love, I could probably put it to good use there.

So whether it's opinions, or advice, I would like to know whether or not I should look up more on the SCA.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.
