About 30% of all people got this question correct! It's a very hard question too!

If you notice, Hannah's name is a Palindrome (It looks the same both forwards and backwards). So with that in mind...

This was a very cruel question. The trick is, there is no trick. Only 20% of people got this right.

This question actually popped up on TV when I was creating this quiz, it's really hard (only 2 people got this right!).

We need layouts!

We'll be implementing a new template system (some of you may remember it!) where users can browse layouts made by other people.

This time it's much more simple, and you simply click a layout and you're done!

SO! If you feel like making a layout, that will hopefully be used by 100's of users (maybe even a new default?)   - then please send them to me asap!

Tips!

Make them simple yet effective. They shouldn't be too busy for the eyes.

Give them themes! Christmas, Halloween etc! People will use these quite often!

Try and use Tinypic for images, other hosts usually expire media after time/bandwith.

Rewards!

You'll get satisfaction when you see others using your work!

You get to put a copyright at the bottom of each profile.

75,000 points for an approved layout.

2,500 points for each user who selects your layout!

You get the "Designer" bar under your photo!

How to format and send your designs!

EE uses CSS for it's designs.

This means sending it via messages simply will not work.

Once you're complete, send the entire CSS code to designs@emoearth.com

We'll then review it and email you back when it's approved!

Lozzy has worked hard on a new feature called Q&A, much similar to "MyMag" on MYB or the Yahoo Answers system.

We've got our own spin on it. You earn points for asking a question, and you earn points for answering questions.

The best answer (once chosen by the initial question asker) will be awarded 1000 points!

~STAFF TIME~

I do pretty much ALL the work on this website, and it's wearing me pretty thin.
So it's that lovely time where I ask regular members to sign up to be staff members.

What we need:

1 Administrator
Our new site administrator is Mialene!

3 Report Handlers
We'll be needing report handlers for the growing annoyance that is - reports.
Mainly to allow the administrators to do more important things, like ban members for personal gratification!

3 Point Approvers
Also needed are point approvers! People who will be able to check on the status of offer submissions and approve/deny each one.
It's pretty straightforward, but boy is it tedious!

6 Chat Moderators
Once chat is up, we'll be requiring 4 American and 2 British chat moderators.
Hopefully people who are familiar with the old chat room and don't tlk like diz.

10 Site Helpers (6 to still be chosen)

People who know this site inside and out,  and who can help newbies!
You'll likely get several messages a day asking for help and you'd be required to keep your calm!
Some newbies can be fucking irritating.

2 Forum Moderators
I almost forgot this! If you use the forums alot and wouldn't mind moderating them, please apply to be one!
Moderating consists of deleting, editing and moving topics/posts.

Chat and Downtime

Chat is going to be down for an indefinite amount of time.

Instead of splitting the servers, we've decided to save up and purchase a new server which can easily handle EE and the chat.

You may have experienced downtime yesterday, and will probably continue doing so for the next few days.

If you do come here and the site is down, then try again in about 30 minutes and it should be back up!

Groups

Groups are being annoying and are disabled until I fix some bugs.

Premium

Premium members who lost their status when the site went down will get it back - so please do not purchase premium again!
And to those worrying that their rank will deminish when they purchase stuff, it wont, just your spendable points.

Fun Tests

Tiffy brought to my attention that the fun tests can only be done once by one person.

In other words, if you did one fun test, you wouldn't be tracked for every other fun test you did afterwards.

As an apology, everyone (before this blog is published!) who tried more than one fun test will still be rewarded their points for all attempted tests they participated in after.

I'll be removing some of the tests later today and replacing them with some different ones.

Reports

We've had an influx of members reporting each other, so I'd like to set the boundries for what passes as a good report, mainly by telling you what isn't a good report.

These are all entirely genuine, and you know who you are!

"she probably reported me."
Reporting people out of spite will get you a warning.

"This person's music makes me want to kill myself it's so morbid."
Although amusing, please keep the report system serious.

"Utter Twat"
Personal dislike of someone warrants a block rather than a report.

"He raped me."
Although very serious, you'd be better off phoning the authorities rather than the staff of a small emolian site.

"they too my group name "
YEAH! None of this either please.

This is only a small fraction of the stuff me and Lozzy have to get through.

So, if you do need to make a report, please be nice and clear why you're doing so and make sure it's reasonable.

Bugs

There are still bugs. I've fixed a majority of them but some persist.  Lozzy is working on it now.

Looks like we still have to iron some bugs out, but next week we'll try to restore most of the old sites functionality.

• Get a chatroom, either the old one or merge with the HH one.
• Bring the arcade back.
• Fix the premium members and user levels, removing ads etc.
• Make it so users can purchase premium with points once more.
• Finally find a way to fix that insufferable mail problem.
• Get the confessions board back.

And probably more as I think of them.

Thanks to all returning and new members, it's probably the busiest we've ever been.
